Hello, im Lord Cthulhu and i recently bred my pheonix and sand gryphon and the egg did not appear even though i had plenty of space for the egg. Can i please have some assistance, bye, and thanks!

You have 3 eggs an agori, Tropical Levi, an axolotl so it should appear

It's possible the breeding was unsuccessful, there's a chance of not getting an egg at all from breeding. You should be able to try breeding them again in three days :3. Did you happen to catch the message you got after breeding your gryphons?

Nope, because there was no message that appeared..

Looks like it was just a failed breeding (you probably clicked past the message)
If you go to the creature's page it'll tell you when it was last bred(while on cool down), one of your phoenixes shows it was bred, but since there's no offspring listed it was clearly a failed breeding.
Just wait until the cooldown ends(another day or so) and try again.

Another issue that I'll have if I'm on mobile, some things like breeding or buying from the site shops just won't work. If I log in in an incognito window, things will work. Which to me says clearing my cache should fix it (which isn't as easy on a mobile browser LOL). So if those creatures say they haven't bred recently, even though you went through the whole process, try a different browser, incognito window, or clear your cache and try again!
