i am sorry if this is in the wrong place or is a duplicate i just have a question.

in the quest "Lord Of The Seas" how many days do i have to wait to continue, its allready been a month.

The quests are completely independent of time, you have to fill certain requirements that are mentioned in the quest. Usually you need certain creatures and/or gold to continue.

"We haven’t heard back from the merfolk yet," Meros tells you. "Please come back in a few days."

thats all it says and it has been a month.

That doesn't have anything to do with how long ago you reached that point. It requires you to have completed the quest that gives you the Mermaid ally, to represent that you've befriended the merfolk.
