Official Creature Suggestion Thread

Err. Is it just me, or do people just suggest stuff because they can?
I mean, no offense, but I can totally imagine you guys who post huge lists of things just going through a giant list of animals and saying, "Hmmm... What hasn't been suggested yet?"
I mean, there are some great ideas. But a lot of them are very similar, and rather redundant...

Actually, a lot of those were from zoo tycoon 2. I just suggested them because I like them, and you notice a lot of them are endangered, so why not show some support?

I think something like albinos more then just direwolf like an albino kraken also a creature I came up with myself (no picture) it's called a Kakaskarin it's like a raptor bird hybrid it's basically a raptor with a bird beak (like an eagle) sharp talons and wings one more detail it's a cannabal I dont think it really matters though I really wanna hear what you have to say about the kakaskarin

You do realize that Carbuncle = Cabachon cut Garnet? I presume that is why the creature was dubbedthat in the blurb. *end geological and historical lecture*

Is the image yours or did you pull it from somewhere else? I ask because the article you posted has no physical details what so ever, yet the picture is detailed. All google searches I have run come up with carbuncle the stone... and hit and miss on the biblical references to the stone. Yes, digging for a little more information.

Well, modernly raptors ARE birds. The Eagle is a raptor so most of your description boils down to: A bird of prey like thing that eats others of it's own kind. It's hard to offer a full opinion on so little detail.

When you were saying 'raptors' were you meaning the velociraptor's family of dinosaurs?

Aiiieeee! That is so adorable! I want one, too!
And on the physical details of it... I'm not quite sure, but I own an old video game with the carbuncle as a monster in it. In the game, it looks much like an armadillo, with that red gem on its forehead. Maybe it has a bit of a longer tail, too. It curls up in a ball and runs around your player really fast, just smacking into and killing stuff But this one is totally cuter.

I agree with you on the albino front. Or maybe just different colors that you have to breed for, but I think that may have been suggested.
And, no offence, but I'm not quite digging your raptor idea. I'd rather just have a dinosaur with feathers (for the record, scientists do think some therapods actually had feathers, even though they were incapable of flight).
