I think we need more peacocks and lions (I know we just got a lion but they don't really seem too lion-y, they remind me more of gargoyles)
What about a peacock lion that has the feathers for mane? Maybe with cycling sprites where the feathers change between displaying (they would probably resemble a frilled lizard) and down (covering the body like a cloak).
I don't think it needs wings even though it's part peacock, X but with wings is super over-used.
Maybe they could be quest critters, we could always use more quest critters!
