Well I believe there's more dimensions than just ours and our space, so after you die you continue to exist. And it's because energy has to go somewhere, so naturally we'd exist.

And I was thinking of something exact similar. After one dies, all the energy expires, but he still exists, just without the energy.
But the point in all that, why the cycle started in the first place, how it started... Those questions are so confusing... Maybe it will never be possible to answer because if we find out how all this was created, wouldn't that make us gods?
