Cry of the icemark, by Stuart Hill. It's not the best book ever, but it's one of my favourites.
And it's breaking up inside of me
An ocean that I cannot see
It's draggin me down deeper every day
Taking my humanity away
I don't even need to breathe
'Cause there's water in these lungs
I can't drown anymore
I'll drag ships down to feast
I swim away with the tide
From humanity I hide
I don't belong on the shore
I'm not who I was anymore.
