Are we considering Tomatoes as a vegetable? If not I'd have to say cucumbers. Heck Ill say cucumbers anyway.

Mine is Cabbage as far as vegetables go. My fave fungi is the mushrooms. I love mushrooms! Either or I love them stuffed streammed, stewed, grilled, fried, etc.

Grilled zucchini. Yum! I eat a ketogenic diet, so my vegetables are limited to mostly green vegetables (spinach, zucchini and broccoli) or cauliflower. Before I ate keto, my favorite vegetables were corn and honey glazed carrots.

At the moment, spring peas. I add them to everything: mac and cheese, pasta, salads...

Mine are carrots!

I do like carrots, but I have a deep love for broccoli. It is excellent raw.

I would say pickles are number one but brussel sprouts are a close second.
