Eh, I'm not the best cook as well but I'd love to share a recipe that I've learnt in Spain. It's called salmojero and it's the best cold soup I've ever tried. Really, I can't stand any cold soup but this is something very delicious and easy to cook. And I will make it easier for you. You will need two tomatoes and some rustic wine bread. Chop the tomatoes first and remove the crust of bread. Also you will need two garlic cloves, sherry vinegar (you can buy from Amazon), 1/4 cup of olive oil and salt. Put the chopped tomatoes, bread, garlic, sherry vinegar into blender and add 1/2 cup of water. Blend them about 1 minute and add olive oil. Then cover and put it in the fridge, wait about 30 minutes. Then you can add a little more olive oil and finally enjoy your soup! My father's best friend is a cook, he was looking for a hotel for sale in Costa del Sol and we took a vacation in 2008 together. He taught me this recipe when we were in Spain. I was not sure about cold soup until I try it and now it's one of my favourites! :yey:

I'm a vegetarian, so I have to get creative sometimes. I love spicy food too, so buffalo cauliflower was an instant favorite.

Best homemade chicken noodle soup in the world:

Get a whole chicken, either already baked or raw (already baked takes less time), place it in a large pot and cover it well with water. Boil until the meat falls off the bone (I usually help it along by breaking up the meat with a large spoon and fork). This usually takes a solid 2 hours at least if the chicken's already baked. Once the meat's off the bone, turn off heat and remove all the bones. This part takes awhile.

Then add about 4 cups of chicken broth. Add chopped onion, celery, and shredded carrots and let cook on medium-high for about 20 minutes.

Now, here's the most AWESOME bit: Get a small tub of Philly's cream cheese "chive and onion" flavor. This is super important. Add the whole tub to the broth. This will make it SINFULLY DELICIOUS. But make sure it's the right flavor; regular Philly just doesn't give it the right kick.

Then add your choice of noodle and let cook on medium-ish heat, depending on the type of noodle, for probably another 20 minutes. If you're using something like egg noodles then just be aware you'll likely have to stir somewhat frequently so the noodles don't stick to the bottom of the pot and burn. If you have a gas stove, you may have to do this part even more frequently as the heat tends to focus around the center of the pot.

Add salt to taste and enjoy. :D
