Mine are coming out, as I said, over summer break. I am so gonna hurt this summer...They're growing in sideways, so we're gonna have them out this summer, after school.

So, anyone gonna post? I can wait, I'm just curious how often I'll have to check in this weekend.

Hope you have a fun one! Full of yummy candy, and good food, fun activities, and celebrations with family you can enjoy being around!

However I must bring up something less happy that's a big problem this time of year, just to make sure you all know- please don't buy live rabbits for Easter. Don't buy someone else live rabbits for Easter, or chicks, etc. Most 'holiday' pets like this barely make it to 1 year old, and are often abused, neglected, abandoned, or sent to shelters, as the people giving or receiving them generally do no research at all on the animal and don't know the extent of responsibility or trouble the animal can be/cause. If you know someone doing this please call them out on it. I have my own rabbit who I love dearly, and it breaks my heart to find shelters this time of year chuck full of unwanted bunnies. ;_;

I've wanted one for a while- or two so it doesn't get lonely... I buy way too much eggs, so it'll be cheaper to buy the hen instead. there's a guy around here who has a rooster and some hens, I'll ask him for one or two chicks, that way they won't be too far from home.
I even have a place for the coop and everything, the chicken feed around here is cheap too uwu

*nods* I agree Luna, except one of my friends raises and breeds rabbits and they are very well taken care of (sometimes a bit too well cared for), and she has her heart set on this one bunny...so I'm considering getting another friend to buy it for her (they are best buds but are fighting right now, and I figure the bunny will be an apology...she's tried but my other friend is just very upset) for Easter, because we both know it'll be well cared for.
But I totally agree with your point, and HAPPY EASTER!

Hey, as long as you're ready to take care of them for as long as they'll live go right ahead, just don't buy it on impulse with no preparation cause they're seasonal- that's the problem. As far as pets in general go though, I can recommend rabbits! I love bun-buns, and I've heard chickens can make great pets too...

Awwww Gold that's so cute. :3 I love bunnies and chickens x3 my fiance's uncle actually has a chicken coop of ten hens and a rooster as well as four dogs and three horses x3 this summer I will be horse back riding a lot and I'm so excited for it. Horses are one of my favorite animals x3

Wow! That is one cuddly chicken... And a very gently little boy! That's cool...

Horses! I've ridden horses once in my life but it was an AMAZING experience.
