For this thread: The Gryphon War

Species: Darkclaw
Family*: He is coming from a very respected family,the ravenheart family.His family is known to use magic in battle.
Appearance*: A very big griphon with dark feathers and dark blue sad eyes.He has a small scar on his left eye.He also has two small dark red stripes on his wings.His claw are dark and his beak is grey.
History: He never likes his family.There was always a competition for power.He is living alone now.He knew a lot of people and with some made very good friends,even with Coalwings.
Mist was different from the others.He never showed his magic to anyone and some believed that he didn't had any magical power.He was always playing with butterflies.His parents thought on how to make him more warrior.
They took him away from the others and punished him.For a lot of time,he never went outside.He was also ignored.All his family was looking at him like a piece of garbage.In time,Mist became merciless and a fighter but still hated his family.His magic increased with his hate.
Skills: A very powerful magic user and very intelligent and cunning creature.
Weaknesses: He's coward.He only fights if he has the advantage.He isn't very strong in physical attacks.
Personality: Mist is a solitary creature.His heart is protected by an armor.Inside his shell is a friendly kid,that is crying.He has explosive temper and is very suspicious.He is also a pessimist.He hides his true feelings under an armor of happiness and being talkative to people.
He hates when he sees the Lightclaw look at him with superiority.That look is triggering to Mist his bad memories about his family.He doesn't likes to fight but hides that.

It looks fine for the most part, but I do have a few small comments and questions. Your character is a Darkclaw ally, correct? But he is from an entirely different family. Is this entire family allied with the Darkclaws, or not?

Also, please add spaces after your periods when you post. This makes it far easier to read.

Yes, he's family is allied for very long time with the Darkclaws. Some tried, but when someone does that all the family will hunt him and take all his powers for them, killing the target in the process.

We will have to see how many other characters have magic. Healers should be the most powerful for our purposes, and creatures with destructive magic should have limits. Did you have anything in mind for the magical abilities of your character?

Sure. What kind of curses do you think he would use?

Also, I will post my characters sometime today. The roleplay will start once we have a few more members.

To attract something. I still want to keep it secret.
Can he manipulate the elements, only a little?
The curses are about bad luck, to attract or to reject something ?
And can he make contracts with other creatures?If he helps you,you'll have to help him too.

Cursing sounds fine. I'm a little more iffy about the elements thing, but we could probably work with that, so long as his powers are limited. I don't think that he would need to use magic to make contracts; Darkclaws and their allies would expect assistance if they help another creature.

Edit: I will be away on a trip for the next few days. I believe the roleplay will start shortly after.

I'm back now. We are still waiting for more members to join.
