His name's Stephan. I got his human form drawn but drawing something that's not human is beyond my powers.
I have his lycan description written and a couple of images that don't belong to me as refs.

Seeing him in his lupine form is not one of the most pleasant of all sights. He is a scrawny creature, with his ribs and spine visible through his fur. The fur is short and usually messy - who has time for grooming? - in a washed blond shade. Long and strong arms and legs with fingers ending in deadly sharp claws make him look rather disproportionate. His tail is of average length and rather thin. The ears are just the same, with little to no fur on them. Sharp fangs are displayed in a large open mouth, tongue a livid pink.
He stands tall at 2 m, often preferring to sit on his hind legs and hunching slightly. He is a terrifying sight, a feral werewolf, a innate hunter. Loyal only to his warlock, he kills on command and has no mercy towards his enemies.
​Nearsighted as a human, he has the same problem in his werewolf form, so he relies on all of his other senses heavily. He has to remove his piercings, glasses and clothes before transforming. While the full moon doesn't affect his transformation, it does offer him more strength.
