It's time I held another one of these, so here we go.
Please read everything carefully, even though there might be a lot of text, as everything is important.
There will be several options to choose from - each option is a different category and will have its own first place and prizes, but there will also be an overall top three winners out of all categories combined.
On top of that, I will have a few prizes for top characteristics for those categories - what these are will be individually stated.
Please note that while 'most realistic' is an option for most of these, this is the only time realism will have an effect on my choices. For the regular first/second/third places, as well as the overall ones, your level of realism will be irrelevant.
It IS possible for one drawing to win multiple of the additional characteristic-prizes (for example the prizes for most realistic and most creative pose).
You can submit however many drawings you like, but you can only win one of the top 3 places. (That also means that those who win the overall top 3 prizes cannot win any of the category ones (but may still win additional characteristic prizes). So in total, there will be 18 winners.
Additionally, I will add 300k in gold for any winning picture (of any of the prizes, including addional characteristic ones) that has a background (that actually depicts some sort of scenery, that is).
This contest will run until the 30th of September (EST). Anything posted on October 1st onward (still EST) will not be judged. I do, however, reserve the right to extend it if there are not enough entries for all the prizes.

Thirdly, there's human!Ty.
Around 5'7 (~170cm) with black hair and golden eyes, Ty quite enjoys the thieving trade. He usually has pockets everywhere his dark (usually grey/brown/green with bits of black here and there) outfit allows (the sides of his boots, on his many belts, strapped to his thighs and arms, ...). He wears one belt around his waist, one more for his trousers, and two more around his hips (usually crossing each other). On top of those, there are several belts and straps on his thighs and upper arms, holding both additional pockets and dagger sheaths in place. (Interchangeable - both are good.) He's primarily an archer when it comes to weaponry, which means he'll usually carry a bow and a belt-fastened quiver at his hip (on one of the crossing belts), as well as dark leather bracers on both arms. He has the same accessories as the wolf and lion (two earrings and the silver necklace (click).). Occasionally, he's seen with either his Amarth Alagos on his shoulder, or a magpie (whichever you prefer to draw).

As this is a gryphon cross between a golden pheasant and a red fox, the name seemed very fitting. There's not much more to say about him yet, just let your imagination run wild. A reference picture of what I mean can be seen as my avatar on here.

A dragon the reason I'm not broke. He quite enjoys playing with fire and is aptly coloured, mostly in dark browns, reds, and golden yellows. I leave the specific markings up to you, as well as the overall dragon design. Old-fashioned western dragon, wyvern, ... anything goes. The animation in my signature is a reference to give you an idea, but you are by no means required to stick to every detail of it.
