Hello! I'm looking for some art for my older sister. She will be spending her last birthday with my family on October 20th. After that, she's leaving for college. So I wanted to present to her, some artwork of the DC character, Harley Quinn. If you don't know what she looks like, feel free to look it up on google images or something.

I'm starting this thread early to give plenty of time to all the artists out there. The contests ends on October 1st.

What to Draw: Just draw a really good (Preferably creative) picture of Harley Quinn. As long as you include the words, "Happy 17th Birthday!" somewhere in the picture, you'll do fine. I don't care if you put those words on the top, bottom, side, or have Harley say it. Just put those words somewhere in there... THANKS! (And if you want to change the words so that it says something else, that's fine too! I just want it to say something that she'll like. Feel free to get as creative as you want )
